Maharasa Indonesia is a collaboration project between two Indonesian chefs, Ragil Imam Wibowo and Adzan Tri Budiman, with a full support from Ms. Lisa Virgiano, a food culture servant who is fully passionate on Indonesian culinary culture and Ms. Helianti Hilman Najib, a social entrepreneur who has been working passionately to preserve Indonesia treasures on culinary biodiversity and at the same time improving the farmers livelihood.

Supported by Mei Batubara, a restauranteur and business designer, they are proudly utilizing integrity and passion to introduce Indonesian artisanal ingredients, based on a strong research, and develop an unforgettable dining experience with rich cultural knowledge.
